About 2 hours West of Athens, Koutsi is a small village of farmers just outside of Nemea, a town with just under 4,000 people.
Located on the side of a mountain range, the village farmers have been able to produce some of the finest olive oil available on the market due to the climate and dryness that olive trees thrive in.
Each harvest, farmers hand-select every olive and only use them for the oil if they are ripe and in perfect condition.
